Check In/Check out:
Check-in is anytime between 3:00pm and 8:00pm (please call 612-867-3614 if you will be later than 8:00pm), check-out is 11:00am
At the time of booking, a $75 non-refundable room deposit per room / per night will be charged to your VISA or MC of choice. The remaining balance of the room will be charged to the same card about one week prior to your stay. Gratuities are not included, and if deemed appropriate, should be paid directly to the Innkeeper at your time of checkout.
Reservation deposit for three or more rooms:
At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total room charge will be charged to your VISA or MC of choice. The remaining balance of the room will be charged to the same card about two weeks prior to your stay (with an added 15% gratuity).
Booking within 7 days of your stay:
Taxes & Fees:In addition to your quoted room rate, there will be an added sales/lodging tax of 10.875% as well as an 9% Credit Card Processing Fee.
Cancellation policy:
Cancelling your reservation before 12:01am (local Berwood time) 15 days for a single room and 30 days for multiple rooms, prior to your scheduled reservation date, will result in no additional charge. However, we will retain all of your non-refundable deposits.
Cancelling your reservation after 12:01am (local Berwood time) in less than 15 days for a single room and less than 30 days for multiple rooms, prior to your scheduled reservation date, will result in a charge equal to the full reservation amount, including all taxes and fees, to your credit card. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of reservation will result in cancellation of the entire amount reserved.
Modifying Your Reservation:
Please note that a change in the length or dates of your stay may result in a rate change and/or forfeiture of the deposit.

- Due to noise disturbance, Berwood must be notified of the use of any medical devices ie: breathing machines at the time of booking.

Lulu Bell's Roost (Event Center):
If you are interested in booking Lulu Bell's Roost in conjunction with your stay, arrangement must be made for an additional fee based on availability, at the time of booking. Please call for details.
